Hydromassage

Hydromassage

A massage by pressurised water jets in a special bath: it stimulates circulation and eases spasms and fatigue.

Hydromassage is a massage done by water: in a special bath, jets under pressure work on the body, with or without air bubbles. The treatment is prescribed for adults and children alike and is especially good after an active day in the mountains.

How the water massage works

  • the jets stimulate blood and lymph flow, helping the body clear toxins;
  • warm water relaxes and eases muscle spasms;
  • the action on biologically active points "wakes up" the internal organs and the autonomic nervous system;
  • alternating temperatures tone the blood vessels.

How a session goes

You immerse yourself in water at a comfortable temperature for 30–60 minutes — the length is chosen individually. The moving water feels on the skin like a dense, deep massage, but without pain or pressing. Most guests come out of the bath in that particular "cotton-wool" state of relaxation after which sleep comes easiest.

Hydromassage combines well with a classic massage (alternate them every other day) and physiotherapy. The everyday alternative in the water is the jacuzzi at the indoor pool, included in the room rate. Booking and prices are in the price list.

Everything about "Hydromassage"

The questions guests ask most about the session, booking and what to bring with you.

How long does the treatment last?
