Kotovo 3 is the largest separate house at the resort: 84 m², three rooms, its own terrace and a balcony. It is let only as a whole, to one group. You can book for a single night — a hotel room or a whole cottage alike.
Who it suits
It sleeps up to 6 guests: two bedrooms with double beds and two small sofas in the living room. This is the format for two families who want a whole house with no neighbours behind the wall, and a place where children can be noisy without disturbing anyone.
The terrace and the balcony give two different outdoor areas — morning coffee on one side, the evening on the other. The barbecue and the gazebos on the resort grounds are available to guests.
What is already included
Breakfast, a parking space, use of the aqua zone and the indoor pool at the Boutique Hotel, the salt room, the infrared sauna, the playground and the gym for guests aged 16 and over. You can drive right up to your hotel or cottage.
Fishing on the lake, pedal boats, tubing and the spa are charged separately according to the price list.
