Where to find us
The village of Nyzhnii Studenyi in Khust district, about 800 m above sea level. Pylypets is around 10 km away, the Shypit waterfall 16 km.

How to reach us
The resort stands away from the main road, so it is better to plan your route in advance — the landmarks and travel times are below.
By car
From Mukachevo — about 1 h 40 min, from Uzhhorod — 2 h 10 min, from Lviv — 3 h 30 min. From Lviv take the Kyiv–Chop highway via Nyzhni Vorota, Volovets and Pylypets, not via Slavske: the road there is unmade and cars get stuck. The alternative route runs through Stryi, Dolyna, Vyshkiv, Torun, Maidan, Soimy, Izky and Pylypets. The last few kilometres are a mountain road; allow more time in winter.
By train
The nearest station is Volovets, 26.5 km away. From there take a taxi or local transport; the front desk will suggest current options. Khust is 91 km, Uzhhorod 130 km.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are possible by arrangement and cost 50 % of the nightly rate.
On the grounds
Parking is free and you can drive right up to your hotel or cottage. Quiet hours start at 23:00.
Before you arrive
To confirm a booking a deposit is enough — the full rate for one night; the rest is paid at check-in. A booking can be cancelled free of charge, with the deposit refunded, no later than 30 days before arrival — the money is returned less 7%. If you cancel later, the amount paid can be used until the end of the current year. Full terms are on the prices page.

What is the best way to get here without a car?
By train to Volovets station — it is the nearest one, 26.5 km from the resort. From there guests take a taxi or local transport. Call the front desk in advance: they will tell you the most convenient way to get here on your particular day and time.
Is there parking and how much does it cost?
Parking is free for guests. You can drive right up to the hotel or cottage and unload at the door. For guests arriving on our transfer we bring the luggage over.
When is check-in and can I arrive earlier?
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and cost 50 % of the nightly rate. Agree it when booking.
What is there near the resort?
Pylypets with its ski runs is about 10 km away, the Shypit waterfall 16 km. All around is the Borzhava polonyna with trails to Velykyi Verkh (1598 m) and Hemba (1491 m).
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, but only dogs weighing up to 5 kg. Cats, unfortunately, we cannot accept. Let us know about your pet when booking.
