about booking
How do I book a cottage or a room?
Choose your dates, the number of guests and the type of accommodation — the system will show the available categories with prices. Confirm the booking and our reception will contact you to check the details.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation of a booking, or a refund of the deposit, is only possible 30 days before arrival. Refunds are made less 7%. If a booking is cancelled with less notice than that, the amount paid can be used until the end of the current year.
What is included in the price of the stay?
Breakfasts, a parking space, the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the gym, fishing equipment, a gazebo with a grill, the salt room and Wi-Fi. The jacuzzi on the panoramic terrace is free too. Hot tubs, the spa and meals are booked separately. The lights and Wi-Fi keep working even during power cuts — the resort has solar panels, batteries and generators.
