Khutir 1 is a separate two-room cottage of 35.8 m² with its own terrace, in a quiet part of the resort with a view of the mountains. It is let as a whole to one group. You can book for a single night — a hotel room or a whole cottage alike.
Who it suits
The layout is designed for two adults and two children: a double bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The main reason to choose a Khutir is privacy: it is a separate house rather than a room in a shared building, with its own terrace and a grill area right by the entrance.
There are three Khutir cottages at the resort — Khutir 1, Khutir 2 and Khutir 3. They have the same layout and the same price, so choose by the dates available: if one is taken, the one next door may be free.
What is already included
Breakfast, a parking space, the aqua zone and the indoor pool at the Boutique Hotel, the salt room, the infrared sauna, the playground and the gym for guests aged 16 and over. You can drive right up to your hotel or cottage.
Firewood for the barbecue and lighting it can be ordered separately; fishing on the lake, pedal boats, tubing and the spa are charged according to the price list.
