Khutir 3 is a separate two-room cottage of 35.8 m² with its own terrace and a view of the mountains, the furthest from the central part of the resort. It is let as a whole.
Who it suits
Two adults and two children: a double bed in the first room, a sofa bed in the second. What you buy here is not square metres but quiet — a separate house with a terrace and a grill area, where dinner is cooked right by the entrance rather than in a shared space.
This is the third of the three identical Khutir cottages — together with Khutir 1 and Khutir 2. The layout and the price are the same, so see which one is free on the dates you need.
What is already included
Breakfast, a parking space, the aqua zone and the indoor pool at the Boutique Hotel, the salt room, the infrared sauna, the playground and the gym for guests aged 16 and over. You can drive right up to your hotel or cottage.
Fishing, pedal boats, tubing, the spa and firewood for the barbecue are charged separately according to the price list.
