Cottage or hotel — which to choose
Cottages (8 houses) — a house of your own, for your group alone: a private entrance, a terrace and space where nobody gets in the way. People take them for a family holiday, a group of friends or a celebration: you can book a single room, or take the whole cottage. This is the "arrive and live at your own pace" format.
Hotels (3 buildings) suit a couple or a short two- or three-night stay better: daily housekeeping, the restaurant and the spa a few minutes away on foot, and no chores to think about. The flagship is the new hotel with its own spa, right above the aqua zone.
In total: 11 options to stay in and 39 categories of rooms on one wooded estate, from an intimate chalet for two to a house for a large group. Prices start at ₴3,750 per night.
What is already in the price
A stay in any cottage or hotel at the resort already includes the aqua zone and the indoor pool with sea salt — there is no entrance fee to pay on top. Guests are also free to use the grounds, our own mountain lake, the playgrounds and parking. Charged separately: hot tubs, saunas and massages, fishing and meals in the restaurants. Guests with combat veteran status (UBD) receive a 10% discount on accommodation.
Where we are and how to get here
The resort sits in Transcarpathia — Zakarpattia Oblast, Khust district, Nyzhnii Studenyi 343A — about an hour by car from Mukachevo and within three hours of Lviv. These are real mountains, with forest and a lake of our own, but nothing here is roughing it: a paved road in, parking by every house and warm water all year round.
