Ozero Vita has its own physiotherapy centre, equipped to modern standards: electrotherapy and magnetotherapy complement the natural factors of the Carpathians — the air, the water and the quiet.
Who physiotherapy helps
Physiotherapy treatments improve peripheral and central circulation, have a pain-relieving effect, improve the nourishment of tissues and normalise immune processes. They are prescribed for back and joint pain, the after-effects of overloading and chronic fatigue — which is exactly why a course during a holiday makes such sense: the body recovers in calm, without the rush of the city.
How the treatment goes
The treatments are carried out by experienced specialists after a short consultation: the device, the area treated and the length of the course are chosen for you. Sessions are painless and last 10–20 minutes, and the rest of the day stays free for the spa, the pool and walks.
Contraindications
Physiotherapy is not given during feverish states, flare-ups of inflammation, cancer, a tendency to bleeding and some heart conditions — if you have chronic diagnoses, talk to your doctor before a course. Gentler alternatives are ozokerite therapy and landscape therapy.
