This is a suite in Borzhava 2 Cottage, designed for a family with children or two couples. The category works well as a base for a few days: it is easy to head out to the lake from here and just as easy to come back to the quiet.
Layout — two rooms, 60 m² of total floor area. Beds — one double bed and a sofa bed.
The cottages are spread out across the grounds, so even in high season it is not noisy here. The water and the restaurant are a short walk away.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is charged separately at 50% of the nightly rate.
How much is the deposit, and can I cancel?
A booking is confirmed by a deposit — the full rate for one night; the rest is paid at check-in.
Free cancellation of a booking, or a refund of the deposit, is only possible 30 days before arrival. Refunds are made less 7%. If a booking is cancelled with less notice than that, the amount paid can be used until the end of the current year.
How much does an extra bed cost?
The room rate covers the main beds. Extra beds are paid separately:
- children under 3 — free of charge;
- children aged 4 to 6 — ₴700 per night;
- guests aged 7 and over — ₴1,400 per night.
Is a baby cot available?
Yes, a baby cot with bedding is provided on request — just mention it when you book. Children under 3 stay free of charge.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we welcome small dogs up to 5 kg by prior arrangement. A stay with a dog costs ₴700 per night, plus a refundable pet deposit of ₴3,000.
Is there a minimum stay?
No, there is no minimum number of nights — you can come for a single night.
Is there parking?
Yes, a parking space is included in the price of your stay. You can drive right up to your hotel or cottage.
Can I smoke in the room?
No, smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Smoking in a room incurs a fine of ₴2,000.
Will there be power and internet if the electricity goes off?
Yes. The resort has solar panels, batteries and generators: when the region has a power cut, the supply switches to batteries with no delay, and Wi-Fi keeps working during outages too. You can relax, work online and stay in touch with your family.
