- Deposit — 50% of one night’s rate, the rest at check-in
- Cancellation — free of charge 30 days before arrival, refunded less 7%

If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid can be used until the end of the current year.

How do I book a cottage or a room?
Choose your dates, the number of guests and the type of accommodation — the system will show the available categories with prices. Confirm the booking and our reception will contact you to check the details.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. A booking can be cancelled free of charge, with the deposit refunded, no later than 30 days before arrival — the money is returned less 7%. If you cancel later, the amount paid can be used until the end of the current year.
What is included in the price of the stay?
Breakfasts, a parking space, the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the gym, fishing equipment, a gazebo with a grill, the salt room and Wi-Fi. The jacuzzi on the panoramic terrace is free too. Hot tubs, the spa and meals are booked separately.
Can I bring children and pets?
Yes, we are a family resort: playgrounds, the aqua zone and services for children. Of pets we accept small dogs up to 5 kg by prior arrangement.
