During the summer, the indoor pool is only available to residents.

Settlement conditions

Check-in and check-out time at the hotel starts at 2:00 PM local time on the current day.
Guest check-out time and check-in time is 12:00 noon local time on the current day.
Check-in until 2:00 PM is an additional paid service and is subject to availability.
For early check-in, payment is made in the amount of 50% from the room rate for one billing day, subject to availability of rooms on the day of arrival.
For stays of less than one day, payment is made for the full billing day.
Check-out after 12:00 is an additional service provided subject to availability and is charged at 50% per night.

At the entrance to the territory, near the guard, there is a parking lot for ATVs, buggies and motorcycles. For complete comfort, transportation of guests and their luggage from the parking lot to the place of residence is carried out by electric car at the expense of the hotel.

Hotel and tourist complex "Lake Vita" ensures that the stay of guests and their pets is comfortable and at the same time does not cause trouble and discomfort to other guests.

Проживання в готелі з домашніми тваринами можливе лише з собачками вагою до 5 кг, доплата складає 700 грн/добу. Страховий завдаток 3000 грн. Готель залишає за собою право визначати, чи можливе проживання даної домашньої тварини в номері.
Accommodation with cats or other pets, except dogs up to 5 kg categorically forbidden.
It is not allowed to bring pets into the restaurant, sauna, swimming pool and other public areas.
When checking into a hotel with a pet, the guest is obliged, in case of damage, to pay for the material damages caused to the hotel in full according to the approved price list.

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation of the reservation or refund of the prepayment is possible only 30 days before arrival.

Smoking of tobacco products, as well as electronic cigarettes and hookahs in rooms, corridors, lobby and restaurant is prohibited. Violation is subject to a fine of 2000 hryvnias! In case of detection of a violation, the administration has the right to evict the guest without refunding the paid funds.
Smoking is allowed in a specially designated area.
Drinking alcoholic beverages in places not designated for this purpose.
Lighting a bonfire in places not designated for this purpose.
Use of towels from the room by the pool.
