The open-air museum, founded in 1979, is located in the village of Krylos (Krylos). On the territory of the museum there are buildings - examples of folk architecture. The museum presents buildings belonging to four ethnographic districts. These are Boykivshchyna, Opillya, Hutsulshchyna, as well as Pokuttia. Each Easter egg presented in the exposition is unique - there is no other like it in the whole world.
